These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Yusaso concerning your access to and use of Yusaso websites, applications, communication tools, and related services. By creating an Account, selecting “I agree,” or using Yusaso, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an Account or use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate registration information and use Yusaso only where permitted by law.
2. Accounts and Personas
One Account may control multiple Personas. You are responsible for activity performed through your Account and Personas, protecting your credentials and recovery codes, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or misrepresent an Account or Persona.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Yusaso to violate law or another person’s rights; threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, harass, or impersonate others; distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized access; evade safety, moderation, rate-limit, or access controls; scrape or automate access without authorization; send spam; or publish unlawful, infringing, or sexually exploitative content.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Yusaso a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt for technical delivery, and make your content available according to the audience and features you choose. This license exists only to operate, secure, improve, and provide Yusaso and ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and that its use through Yusaso will not violate law or another person’s rights.
5. Privacy and communications
Your use of Yusaso is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and privacy controls. Audience labels and private-chat features limit ordinary product access but do not create an absolute guarantee of confidentiality. Do not share information you cannot risk disclosing. You consent to receive transactional and security communications needed to operate your Account.
Where Yusaso expressly identifies a conversation as end-to-end encrypted, message content is designed to be readable only by participating endpoints while it is protected by that feature. End-to-end encryption does not prevent a participant from copying, recording, reporting, or sharing content; protect a compromised or unlocked device; or necessarily conceal operational metadata such as participants, delivery timing, abuse reports, and records Yusaso must retain or process for safety and legal compliance. Conversations not expressly identified as end-to-end encrypted are not covered by this commitment.
6. Moderation and safety
Yusaso may review reports, restrict distribution, remove content, preserve relevant records, limit features, suspend or terminate Accounts or Personas, and contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Moderation decisions may consider context and available evidence and may not be immediate or error-free.
7. Intellectual property
Yusaso’s software, branding, designs, catalogs, and service content are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for rights expressly granted through the service, Yusaso retains all rights in them. Report suspected copyright or intellectual-property violations through Yusaso Help with enough information to identify the work, the disputed material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
8. Paid and optional features
Prices, billing terms, renewal terms, taxes, delivery conditions, refund rules, and feature limits shown at purchase are part of these Terms. Features may change as Yusaso develops. You may not reverse engineer, resell, duplicate, or transfer paid access except where Yusaso expressly permits it.
9. Third-party services and links
Yusaso may display third-party content, links, embeds, or integrations. Third parties control their own services and terms. Yusaso is not responsible for third-party services merely because they are accessible through Yusaso.
10. Service availability and changes
Yusaso is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Yusaso does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device or service. Keep independent copies of content you need to preserve.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yusaso is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yusaso and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Yusaso’s total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Yusaso during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, your material breach of these Terms, or your misuse of Yusaso. This section does not require you to indemnify Yusaso for Yusaso’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using Yusaso and use available Account controls to deactivate or delete your Account. Yusaso may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or other people. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Governing law
Virginia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Virginia may hear disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally.
16. Changes and contact
Yusaso may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means and will state a new effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the contact method published by Yusaso.
